Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to oversee sales operations within the assigned region. The role involves developing strategic sales plans, building and managing a strong sales team, and ensuring the achievement of revenue and growth targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals and market growth.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to maximize productivity and performance.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales approaches accordingly.
• Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis to senior management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly to strengthen client relationships.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other departments to drive overall business success.
• Achieve and exceed regional sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience (5+ years) in sales leadership, preferably in [industry/sector].
• Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM software.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data, make strategic decisions, and deliver results.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
