Regional Sales Manager

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing business operations, and building strong client relationships within the assigned region. This role involves overseeing a team of sales executives, ensuring achievement of revenue targets, and implementing strategies to expand market share.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
• Manage, guide, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base in the region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide insights for business growth.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and sales processes.
• Conduct regular training and development programs for the sales team.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in FMCG, retail, or B2B sectors.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and drive actionable insights.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales analytics software.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
