Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager based in Chennai. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth in the assigned region, developing and maintaining relationships with clients and distributors, and identifying new business opportunities. Key tasks include creating and executing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, managing a team of sales professionals, and meeting sales targets. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement marketing initiatives will also be a critical part of this role. Qualifications Strong sales, business development, and relationship management skills, including the ability to identify and grow client accounts. Experience in market analysis, sales planning, and strategy execution with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Team management and leadership skills to motivate and guide a sales team effectively. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders. Knowledge of the mining or ceramic industry is a strong advantage, along with an understanding of industry trends and competition. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales performance software is beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in an on-site role.
