Regional Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead sales operations across multiple territories. The role is responsible for developing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, managing regional sales teams, and building strong client relationships to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Lead, train, and motivate area/territory sales managers and their teams.
• Expand market presence and identify new business opportunities within the assigned region.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and distributors.
• Monitor regional sales performance and prepare detailed reports and forecasts.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and operational standards.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or in a senior sales leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
• Willingness to travel across the region.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
