Job Description:
Drive LAP business growth across the assigned territory through strong DSA sourcing and relationship management.
Identify, onboard, and nurture high-quality DSAs to ensure consistent lead flow and quality sourcing.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining healthy portfolio quality.
Lead, guide, and motivate the regional sales team to maximize productivity and market reach.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to design effective sales strategies.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and risk teams to ensure smooth processing and disbursal.
Build strong relationships with channel partners and key stakeholders to expand business footprint.
