Role Overview
The Recruitment Manager will manage Aspire For Her’s recruitment strategy and execution, internal hiring, and external hiring partnerships through our unique
job portal
focused on placing women talent across India. This is a strategic and operational leadership role that includes building internal capabilities, managing a team, driving employer partnerships, and ensuring the
commercial success of Aspire For Her’s job portal
by converting organizations into paying clients.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution
Manage end-to-end talent acquisition for external clients across the spectrum (fresh graduates to leadership), tech, operations, partnerships, and leadership.
Organizing hiring drives in partnership with clients
Build and maintain a diverse, high-quality talent pipeline aligned with our mission and organizational needs.
Collaborate with function heads to understand role requirements, hiring timelines, and success criteria.
Stakeholder & Client Management
Serve as a strategic advisor to the leadership team on workforce planning, talent trends, and market intelligence.
Engage closely with hiring managers, CSR partners, and donor-funded projects to ensure appropriate staffing.
Manage external recruitment partners, consultants, and university placement teams where needed.
Team Management
Build, lead, and mentor a team of recruiters, hiring coordinators, and sourcing specialists.
Set performance goals, foster ownership, and drive a high-performance, mission-aligned team culture.
Promote accountability, transparency, and data-driven decision-making within the TA team.
Job Portal Ownership & Monetization
Manage the
Aspire For Her job portal
as a key strategic channel for hiring and revenue generation.
Enhance portal visibility and effectiveness by improving user experience, candidate pipeline quality, and employer satisfaction.
Build outreach strategies to onboard companies as
paid subscribers
, offering premium access to Aspire For Her’s women talent pool.
Collaborate with tech and marketing teams to develop marketing campaigns, packages, case studies, and success stories for B2B clients.
Track metrics such as job postings, successful closures, repeat clients, and subscription renewals.
Employer Branding & Ecosystem Engagement
Represent Aspire For Her at job fairs, webinars, and conferences to build credibility with potential hiring partners.
Build partnerships with corporates, MSMEs, and startups committed to diversity hiring.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and amplify employer branding initiatives, including career stories, testimonials, and newsletters.
TA Process Design & Reporting
Streamline recruitment workflows using ATS tools, standard interview frameworks, and candidate assessment processes.
Ensure a high-quality, inclusive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Monitor recruitment KPIs and prepare performance dashboards for internal reporting and donor communications.
Qualifications and Experience
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; MBA/PGDM preferred.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, exposure to social impact/startup ecosystem is an advantage.
Strong experience with TA platforms, client acquisition for hiring solutions, or recruitment tech is a plus.
