Job Description

Key Responsibilities Recruitment Management

  • Lead the complete recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and mobilization — for international clients.
  • Supervise and guide the internal recruitment team to achieve timely closures and maintain quality standards.
  • Coordinate with trade test centers, client representatives, and technical interview panels.
  • Ensure adherence to documentation protocols for overseas processing (visa, emigrate, medical, deployment).
  • Plan and execute bulk recruitment drives for major clients in the Gulf and Europe.

Business Development

  • Generate new business opportunities by onboarding overseas clients in the Oil & Gas, Construction, and Facilities Management sectors.
  • Negotiate service agreements, recruitment terms, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and contribute to business strategy development.
  • Represent the company professionally in client meetings and presentations.

Team & Operations

  • Manage daily operations of the recruitment department to ensure efficiency and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, travel, and visa processing.
  • Report recruitment status, pipeline updates, and business development progress to senior management.
  • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve recruitment workflows.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in overseas recruitment, preferably with Gulf or European market exposure.
  • Must have prior experience in an overseas recruitment agency (not corporate HR).
  • Strong understanding of manpower categories, trade testing, and client coordination.
  • Proven track record in business development and client handling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and recruitment CRM tools.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally when required.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
