Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Recruitment Manager who will not only oversee end-to-end recruitment operations but also take the lead in business development by onboarding new clients and projects, particularly in the Middle East and European regions . The ideal candidate must have a strong track record in oil & gas hiring , international client acquisition, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities:Recruitment Operations: Oversee full-cycle recruitment for technical and blue-collar roles for Middle East & European clients. Ensure timely delivery of CVs as per client demands and trade-specific requirements. Manage and mentor the internal team of recruiters and coordinators. Maintain quality and compliance with client hiring standards and documentation protocols. Business Development: Identify and approach potential clients in the Middle East and Europe. Prepare and deliver customized recruitment proposals and presentations. Build and maintain relationships with HR departments, project managers, and consultants of international companies. Negotiate and finalize agreements with clients and ensure alignment with company goals. Team Leadership: Set clear targets and KPIs for the recruitment team. Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and motivation initiatives. Coordinate with documentation and visa processing teams to ensure smooth deployment. Key Requirements: Minimum 8–10 years of experience in overseas recruitment, particularly in Oil & Gas and EPC hiring for the Middle East . Proven track record in business development and client onboarding in the international recruitment space. Strong network and connections with agents, clients, and HR departments in Gulf and Europe . Leadership skills with the ability to manage and scale a recruitment team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic knowledge is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office, email handling, and recruitment CRM tools. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Work Location: In person
