Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Coordinator to support the recruitment and operations team in managing overseas manpower deployment processes. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, have excellent coordination and communication skills, and be capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist recruitment managers in day-to-day coordination of candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Communicate with candidates regarding job openings, interview schedules, offer letters, documentation, and mobilization status.
  • Maintain and update candidate trackers, recruitment status reports, and documentation logs.
  • Coordinate with clients and recruitment partners regarding CV submissions, feedback, and mobilization timelines.
  • Follow up with selected candidates for timely submission of documents (passport, photos, police clearance, etc.).
  • Work closely with the operations team to track visa stamping, medicals, emigration clearance, and ticketing.
  • Handle walk-in candidates, maintain interview records, and assist with trade test planning.
  • Ensure smooth pre-departure formalities and candidate counseling before overseas deployment.
  • Provide administrative support to HR and business development teams as required.

Key Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR coordination, preferably in overseas recruitment or staffing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi; regional language is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic data management tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle time-sensitive responsibilities efficiently.
  • Familiarity with recruitment lifecycle and overseas documentation process is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and team player.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
