Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely closure of requirements

Strong at sourcing Sales professionals of various levels. (Pan India)

Must possess head hunting and pouching skills.

Strong knowledge and usage in Job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn etc., and Job posting.

Ability to design JD.

Ability to connect with various educational institution for campus hiring.

Candidate background verification and documents validation.

Strict adherence to TAT (Turnaround Time) and maintain a high level of candidate and stakeholder satisfaction.

Post Recruitment Release offer, Appointment letters etc., Onboarding, Induction, Socialization, Acclimatization etc.,

Knowledge in psychometric testing tools is added advantage (MBTI, DISC, Thomas Profiling).
