Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media (e.g., LinkedIn, X), professional networks, and referrals to identify qualified candidates. Screening and Interviews: Evaluate resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews to assess candidates technical expertise, soft skills, and industry knowledge. Market Research: Stay updated on BFSI industry trends, salary benchmarks, and in-demand skills to provide strategic recruitment advice. Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing guidance throughout the hiring process and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Negotiation and Placement: Facilitate offer negotiations, coordinate background checks, and ensure successful candidate onboarding. Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment metrics to track hiring progress.
