Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic recruitment lead/recruitment manager to drive the organization's entire talent acquisition strategy. This role involves overseeing the recruitment process, managing a team of recruiters (if applicable), partnering with department heads to identify hiring needs, and ensuring timely and quality hiring in alignment with company goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and processes. Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding). Work closely with department managers to forecast hiring needs and plan recruitment accordingly. To attract suitable candidates, use various sourcing methods (job portals, social media, referrals, campus drives, agencies). Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs. Improve candidate experience through timely communication and feedback. Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness). Ensure compliance with hiring policies, procedures, and applicable labor laws. Lead employer branding initiatives in collaboration with the marketing or communications team. Conduct regular hiring status reviews with leadership and generate recruitment reports. Manage vendor partnerships and monitor recruitment budgets. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 5–8 years of proven experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of recruitment tools, platforms, and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Experience in hiring for technical and non-technical roles is an advantage. Strong organizational and decision-making skills. Preferred Attributes: Strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability. Collaborative leadership and team management. Familiarity with data analytics in recruitment. Prior experience in scaling teams during growth phases.
