Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic recruitment lead/recruitment manager to drive the organization's entire talent acquisition strategy. This role involves overseeing the recruitment process, managing a team of recruiters (if applicable), partnering with department heads to identify hiring needs, and ensuring timely and quality hiring in alignment with company goals. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 5–8 years of proven experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of recruitment tools, platforms, and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
