Key Deliverables ( Essentialfunctions & Responsibilities of the Job):

S ourcingprofiles from Job portals, networking sites, referencing networking, and jobhunting.
S creeningcandidates and do a first round teleconference or personal interview beforepassing the candidate.
Datamanagement and mining of candidates profiles, for recruitment active pipeline.
To managethe recruitment supplier base and advertising and explore newer avenues forsourcing ideal profiles.
Coordinatingwith candidates in all stages until onboarding.
Responsiblefor validating the documents as per the guideline.
