  • Prevent shrinkage through adherence to stock protection measures and company policies.
  • Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering suitable product solutions.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines to ensure an appealing store layout.
  • Follow correct stock management processes to ensure merchandise is received, stored, and displayed properly.
  • Take ownership of cashiering responsibilities when required, ensuring accuracy and adherence to defined processes.
  • Comply with all store operating procedures and company policies to ensure efficient store functioning.
