Key Deliverables (Essentialfunctions & Responsibilities of the Job) :
To develop anddeliver on the Online Partner Business Unit (BU) strategy for the FY bymanaging various internal and external stakeholders.
To build the rightoffer to suit the online customer profile and maximize full price sell throughby maximizing sales and profit opportunities
To deliver sales andprofit targets by effectively trading the e-commerce channel on Partners suchas Myntra, Nykaa, Amazon, Ajio, etc.
Lead relationshipswith key partners and drive sales as well as operational KPIs for each partner.
Operate with a senseof urgency; identify the low hanging fruit whilst aligning your vision to thelong-term business goals, what are the 3-month, 6-month, 12 month and 3 yearsplans to accelerate business performance
Ensure competitiveproduct ranges are selected, as negotiated with business partners.
Lead, inspire andmentor the e-commerce team
Identifying newmarketplace opportunities
Development of newranges online
Identify key KPI'sand report against these to the Leadership on a weekly basis.
Keyskills
Strong commercialacumen, data driven and a customer-first attitude, preferably with provenexperience in a digitally led retail environment
Experience in leadingcommercial marketing and e-commerce teams incl P & L management.
Prior experience infashion retail especially working in/ with Myntra, Nykaa, Amazon. Existingrelationships with online marketplace partners are preferred.
Strong on-linetrading experience, ideally from a Buying and/or Merchandising background
Exceptionalcommunication skills, with the ability to form effective relationships thatallow you to challenge and inspire both internally and externally
