Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Key accounts Management from RFQ generation to supply of the products, pricing management, customer complaint tracking and to improve customer satisfaction.
Should be target oriented to build excellent client relationships for positioning of all products in the market.
Gather market intelligence & data; various report to Senior Management
Preparation of RFQ report by data collection, project cost estimate, financial, manpower requirement & implementing procedure.
To get the monthly schedule from customer and ensure to supply their product as per schedule
Conduct the trial with customer to gain the faith of customers on the products.
He should be aware of IATF/ISO QMS system and accordingly relevant audit training.
Coordination with internal & external customers in various APQP activities during New Product Development.
Customer audits and APQP and PPAP activity.
Experience in handling customer complaints & customer satisfaction
Lead Generation New Customer, Business Development with existing customer
Communicate / Follow Up regarding Outstanding due payments
Negotiate best possible Price & get the orders
Travel to Existing / Potential Customer & meet them for orders
Add new customers
Manage customer supply trend v/s schedule received and also SOB improvement

Desired Candidate Profile

2 - 10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (preferably in ferrous foundry industry).
Diploma / B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical or Metallurgy field; MBA preferred.
Excellent knowledge of Business Development, Customer Relationship Management, Marketing Strategies, Production Coordination, SAP systems.
