Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Ahmedabad, India. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to fulfill hiring needs. The role involves developing and maintaining a talent pipeline, providing insights into the job market, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. Additionally, the Recruiter will play a key role in fostering strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

Proficiency in recruitment processes, talent acquisition, and sourcing skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with candidates and stakeholders
Experience in conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and making hiring recommendations
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms
Ability to analyze job market trends and talent availability
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in recruitment within consultancy or professional services is a plus
