Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Gota, Ahemdabad. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The role includes developing and maintaining employer branding strategies to attract top talent and coordinating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Recruiting, and Hiring skills
• Strong skills in Interviewing and Employer Branding
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with various departments
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Previous experience in the consultancy or HR industry is a plus
