Role Description

This full-time, on-site Recruiter role is based in Ernakulam. The Recruiter will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. The position also involves maintaining a talent database, building relationships with candidates, and collaborating with clients to meet their staffing requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, candidate screening, and recruitment lifecycle management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and maintain attention to detail
• Knowledge of healthcare / technical recruitment processes and international hiring practices is a plus
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
