As a Recruiter at Gowell International, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting qualified candidates for various positions. Your responsibilities will include conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing the overall recruitment process. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining candidate databases, creating job advertisements, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and attract qualified candidates for different positions - Conduct interviews and assess candidates effectively - Coordinate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process - Maintain candidate databases and keep them updated - Create and post job advertisements to attract potential candidates - Provide an excellent candidate experience from application to onboarding Qualifications: - Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Candidate Sourcing - Strong skills in Interviewing, Candidate Assessment, and Job Description Writing - Ability to manage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Recruitment CRMs - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Email Management - Willingness to work according to the Company's Plan and Vision - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field As a Govt. of India Approved Recruitment Firm specializing in healthcare and technical recruitment, Gowell International also provides international recruitment services, HRD, Dataflow, Prometric / Person Veu, and language training.
