Recruiting Team Lead

Role Overview: You will be working as a full-time on-site Recruiting Team Lead in Ernakulam. Your main responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day recruitment activities, managing and mentoring the recruiting team, and developing strategic hiring plans. You will be involved in technical recruiting, coordinating interviews, onboarding new hires, and ensuring strong communication within the team and with stakeholders.
