Department: Human Resource

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals.
• Act as a strategic HR partner to business and function heads.
• Ensure execution of HR initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.

2. Talent Acquisition

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment and ensure timely, quality hiring.
• Coordinate with business leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring plans.
• Monitor recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate experience.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

3. HR Analytics & Technology

• Create and manage dashboards for key HR metrics including hiring, retention, and engagement.
• Analyze workforce data to drive insights and strategic decisions.
• Leverage HRMS platforms (Peoplestrong) for process automation and data accuracy.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Team leadership and cross-functional collaboration
• Expertise in recruitment and talent management practices
• Proficiency in HR analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
• Familiarity with leading HR tech platforms
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Qualifications:

• MBA in HR from a recognized institute
• 6+ years of experience inTalent Management, preferably in the Manufacturing Industry.
• Certifications in HR Analytics, HR Technology, or Talent Management (preferred)
• Experience in a supervisory HR role with stakeholder-facing responsibilities
• Exposure to HR operations in a fast-paced environment
