Recruiting Team Lead

Location: Pune(Onsite), Ahmedabad

Shift- Night Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Recruiters, ensuring performance targets are consistently met
• Drive end-to-end recruitment for US clients.
• Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering quality candidates
• Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, submission deadlines, and quality parameters
• Monitor daily/weekly team performance and recruitment metrics
• Stay updated with the latest recruitment tools, technologies, and market trends

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in US Recruitment, with at least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role
• Deep understanding of US employment types (W2, C2C, 1099), visa classifications, and tax terms
• Strong knowledge of job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.) and ATS/CRM tools
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor high-performing recruitment teams
• Proficiency in using Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) portals.
