Title: US Recruiter (IT/Non-IT, Engineering, Pharma/Healthcare) Location: Pune, Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Gurugram Experience: Minimum 5 Months (US Recruitment) Job Responsibilities: US RecruitmentEnd to End-to-end life Cycle of recruitment from requirement to onboarding of candidates. Sourcing the candidate from various sources like Portals, databases, references, etc.Evaluation of the candidate for the requirements based on Skills, functionality, domain, experience, and qualificationsBuild & sustain the network of potential candidates.Negotiate compensation, extend offers, facilitate the placement of candidates, and solicit referrals of other qualified consultants.Submit qualified candidates to open job requirementsMeet or exceed weekly goal expectationsWould be responsible for the effective usage of Internal Systems/databases for recording different stages in the recruitment process.Above all that mentioned in the job description we are looking for someone with good communication skills & a committed team player.Working days: Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday are fixed off)Other Benefits & PerksBoth Side Cabs (No cabs in Vadodara)Medical + Accidental insuranceRecurring incentivesRewards & Recognition Programs- monthly, annuallyInternational Trips for TOP PERFORMERS
