Role Overview: As a Recruiter at Gowell International, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting qualified candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing the overall recruitment process. Your role will also involve maintaining candidate databases, creating and posting job advertisements, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from application to onboarding. This full-time position is based in Ernakulam and is exclusively for residents of Kerala.
