Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit PMHNP clinicians across California

• Conduct initial screening calls

• Validate licensure, experience, and telehealth readiness

• Clearly communicate 1099 contractor terms

• Coordinate interviews and hiring workflow

• Maintain accurate candidate tracking

Requirements:

• 3+ years healthcare recruiting experience

• Prior PMHNP / NP / Behavioral Health hiring

• Understanding of 1099 clinical models

• Strong communication & screening skills

• Ability to work independently and meet hiring timelines
