Healthcare Recruiter

Job Summary

The Onsite Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment of healthcare professionals while working directly from the facility location. This role collaborates closely with department leaders and hiring managers to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently and in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment for healthcare positions, including nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative staff
• Work onsite with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and hiring priorities
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, career fairs, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct in-person, phone, and virtual interviews
• Coordinate and schedule onsite interviews with department leaders
• Verify licenses, certifications, credentials, and background checks
• Facilitate job offers, onboarding, and new hire orientation coordination
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and healthcare regulations
• Participate in onsite job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach
• Provide regular recruitment updates and hiring metrics to leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred)
• 1–3+ years of healthcare recruiting experience
• Strong knowledge of healthcare roles, credentialing, and compliance requirements
• Experience conducting onsite interviews and collaborating with clinical leaders
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and standard office software
