Role: Customer Relationship Executive Role Definition: Responsible for generating and converting leads into projects for ENN Consultancy by building strong client and associate relationships. Data Sourcing & Management o Source contact details of business owners and decision-makers from manufacturing, services, and trading sectors using LinkedIn, Indiamart, Justdial, MCA, industry directories, and other platforms. o Maintain and update the client/associate database. 2. Lead Generation o Build rapport with influencers and associates (CAs, CS, consultants, OEMs, purchase heads, etc.). o Send emails, post content on WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and Facebook as per the marketing calendar. o Conduct presentations and cold calls to generate business opportunities. 3. Lead Conversion o Collect client requirement forms, understand needs, suggest appropriate services, explain approach, and share estimates. o Convert leads into projects, secure advance payments, and release work orders. o Achieve assigned sales targets. 4.
