Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Python Fullstack Developer who can manage both client-side and server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness of our web applications. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and innovative digital products. The ideal candidate is passionate about web technologies, continuously improving code quality, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Develop End-to-End Web Applications: Design and implement high-quality, scalable web solutions using Python-based back-end frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask) as well as modern front-end technologies. Front-End & Back-End Integration: Build and integrate front-end components using frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js with back-end services, ensuring seamless data flow and dynamic UI behavior. API Design & Development: Create and document RESTful or GraphQL APIs, enabling efficient communication between client and server while maintaining high security and performance standards. Database Design & Management: Develop data models and work with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) to support application functionality, ensuring data integrity and performance. Testing & Debugging: Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality and reliability. Debug and resolve issues across the full application stack. Code Review & Best Practices: Participate in peer code reviews, maintain high coding standards, and contribute to the development and documentation of best practices and coding guidelines. Collaboration & Agile Methodologies: Work in agile teams, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings. Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and fellow developers to deliver successful projects. DevOps & Continuous Delivery: Assist with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, containerization (Docker), cloud service management (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and configuration management to streamline deployments and ensure operational efficiency. Stay Updated on Technology Trends: Proactively research and apply new technologies and industry trends to enhance product performance and development efficiency. Required Qualifications & Skills Technical Proficiency: Python: In-depth knowledge of Python programming language and related web frameworks (Django, Flask, etc.). Front-End Technologies: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (React, Angular, or Vue.js). Database Management: Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases, including query optimization and indexing. Version Control: Proficient with Git and collaborative code workflows. API Development: Solid understanding of designing, building, and consuming APIs (RESTful or GraphQL). Testing & Debugging: Familiarity with test-driven development (TDD) practices and relevant testing tools. DevOps Tools: Understanding of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines, and hands-on experience with cloud platforms. Experience: Typically 3+ years working in a fullstack development environment, with a proven track record of delivering scalable web applications. Problem Solving & Communication: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Soft Skills: Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Adaptability and a passion for continuous learning and personal growth. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Experience with microservices architecture and serverless computing. Knowledge of additional programming languages or frameworks. Previous experience working in agile or DevOps-focused environments. Familiarity with front-end build tools and module bundlers (Webpack, Babel, etc.). Understanding of security practices and compliance requirements in web development.
