How will you contribute?

We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer to join our growing team. As we scale rapidly, we seek an entrepreneurial and self-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on with modern front-end technologies, has deep experience in building and deploying scalable applications, and is passionate about delivering exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask).
• Build robust data processing pipelines and microservices that support our core applications and data-driven products.
• Deploy and manage backend services on Azure Cloud using services such as App Services, Functions, Blob Storage, and Azure SQL/NoSQL.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment using tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of backend systems.
• Work closely with front-end developers, data teams, and product managers to define and deliver APIs that power business features.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, or equivalent tools.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Maintain documentation and ensure best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
• Work with background task queues such as Celery and message brokers like Azure Service Bus or Kafka.
• Integrate Large Language Model (LLM) APIs (e.g., OpenAI) or frameworks like LangChain into enterprise applications.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of backend development experience, primarily with Python and frameworks like Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
• Strong experience with Azure Cloud Services and cloud-native development.
• Proven experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines and automating deployments.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
• Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Cosmos DB).
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes is a plus.
• Knowledge of security best practices, authentication/authorization, and data privacy principles.
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with background processing tools like Celery and message brokers such as Azure Service Bus or Kafka.
• Familiarity with data processing and scientific libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib is a plus.
• Experience integrating LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI) or working with LangChain in an enterprise setting is a significant advantage.
