What You’ll Do Program Planning & Governance : Define scope, KPIs, timelines; lead steering meetings and cross-functional alignment Client Engagement : Act as the primary contact for enterprise clients during onboarding and rollout; manage expectations and relationships Project & Delivery Management : Drive delivery across multiple projects; track progress, risks, and resource allocations Risk & Issue Management : Anticipate blockers, resolve issues, and ensure program continuity Process Optimization : Champion Agile, DevOps, and enablement best practices; drive change and adoption Reporting & Analytics : Present metrics-driven updates to leadership and clients; monitor onboarding KPIs and SLAs Compliance & Scalability : Ensure security and regulatory compliance; support scalable SaaS configurations Team & Vendor Leadership : Lead internal teams and external partners; support hiring and quality delivery What You’ll Need Must-Haves 7–10 years of total work experience, with at least 3+ years as a Program Manager Prior experience in a startup or mid-sized high-growth tech environment Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with both internal and external stakeholders (including customers) Ability to break down abstract problems, structure programs, and deliver outcomes independently High ownership, bias for action, and comfort with ambiguity Nice-to-Haves Exposure to cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or SaaS environments Experience in working with deep tech or data-centric product teams Technical understanding of systems, APIs, and cloud workflows is a plus Why Join Us?
