Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Program Manager role based in Gurugram. The Program Manager will oversee the daily operations of the bootcamp, ensuring efficient execution of program schedules, coordinating with mentors, coaches, and guest speakers, as well as facilitating workshops and sessions. Responsibilities also include mentoring and guiding participants, fostering community engagement, and ensuring high-quality experiences during events, including Value Pitch Day. Additionally, the Program Manager will manage partnerships and be instrumental in supporting the journey of aspiring entrepreneurs in the ISS community.

Qualifications

• Strong project management and organizational skills to oversee schedules, events, and operations.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with mentors, speakers, and participants.
• Experience in coaching, mentorship, or education, particularly in entrepreneurship or business development.
• Ability to curate community-building activities and foster network engagement within the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
• Data analysis and reporting skills to assess program success and areas for improvement.
• Proficiency in managing partnerships, including corporate collaborations or investor relations, is a plus.
• A background in entrepreneurship, startup ecosystems, or an understanding of early-stage venture operations is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
