Responsibilities

As an Admissions Coordinator

• Manage the

  end-to-end admissions funnel

  for ISS bootcamps, grants, and programs.
• Engage with prospective applicants — answering queries, guiding them through the process, and ensuring a smooth experience.
• Track leads, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Coordinate with the

  marketing team

  to optimize campaigns for applicant quality and volume.
• Assist in planning and executing

  interviews, orientation sessions, and admissions events

  .
• Work closely with the

  founder’s office and program managers

  to align admissions with institutional goals.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong in

  communication and interpersonal skills

  — comfortable speaking with aspiring founders and professionals.
• Familiar with CRM tools, lead funnels, or willing to learn quickly.
• Target-oriented and able to manage timelines under pressure.
• Prior experience in

  admissions, sales, counseling, or community management

  is preferred.
• Passionate about startups, education, and building the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
