Responsibilities

Founder’s Office

Drive high-priority projects across education, incubation, angel investing, and large-scale events.
Support strategic initiatives in
fundraising, partnerships, admissions, and community building
.
Build and optimize internal processes, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
Manage cross-functional coordination between
marketing, sales, tech, and events
.
Represent ISS in external forums, partnerships, and networking events.
Conduct research and prepare reports to support decision-making at the founder level.

Qualifications

We’re looking for individuals who are:

Ambitious, resourceful, and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Strong in
analytical, problem-solving, and project management
skills.
Excellent in
communication and stakeholder management
.
Prior experience in
startups, consulting, or venture capital
is preferred (but not mandatory).
