Role Overview: We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to work directly with the Founder. This role involves coordination, operations support, execution of daily priorities, and handling cross-functional tasks to ensure smooth business operations. Key Responsibilities Assist the Founder in day-to-day operational and administrative tasks. Work closely with internal teams: Operations, HR, Finance, Business, Marketing, Tech, and Data teams. Manage documentation, follow-ups, reporting, and updating trackers. Handle vendor/bank coordination, basic compliance follow-ups, and communication. Support in hiring, onboarding, and resource allocation activities. Prepare summaries, notes, MOMs, and action points after internal meetings. Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information. Perform research, prepare data points, and assist in decision-making. Act as a bridge between the Founder and various internal/external stakeholders. Support with compliance-related activities (PF, PT, GST coordination through CA, banking re-KYC, audits, etc.). Take full ownership of tasks assigned directly by the Founder. Think ahead, plan proactively, and identify potential risks or delays. Ensure tasks are executed with accuracy, speed, and minimal supervision. Strong follow-up ability and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage high-pressure situations calmly. High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality. Proactive mindset with problem-solving capability.
