Role Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to join Saday's Founders Office team in a full-time, on-site role based in Rajarhat. The role involves working closely with the founders to execute strategic projects, manage cross-functional collaborations, conduct market research, and contribute to business development initiatives. Additional responsibilities may include preparing presentations, analyzing performance metrics, and streamlining operational processes across the organization. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoy taking on diverse responsibilities.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in market research, analytics, and data-driven decision-making
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience or interest in the design or creative industries is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Design, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience of working at creative agencies is a plus.

Salary range : 1.8 - 2.6 LPA
