About The Role

This is a 6-month, full-time internship with a strong intent to convert into a full-time role.

Performance marketing: Run measurable campaigns that generate qualified founder calls.Growth experiments: Design, ship, and track small GTM experiments, weekly.Storytelling: Turn what we learn from customers into sharp narratives across formats.Your north star: Help Problock generate consistent, qualified pipeline through repeatable experiments.What You’ll Work On

You Will Own And Contribute To

Performance marketing & funnelsSet up and run small-budget experiments across LinkedIn, email, and landing pagesDefine basic funnels: visit → lead → meeting booked → opportunityTrack and improve metrics like CTR, reply rates, CPL, and call bookingsCollaborate with the founder to refine offers, hooks, and targetingGrowth & revenue experimentsDesign and run 2–3 experiments every month (message tests, sequences, landing-page variants, lead magnets, etc.)Maintain a simple growth experiment log: hypothesis - setup - metrics - outcome - decisionBuild and maintain basic ICP and account lists for outreachSupport structured outbound and follow-ups for founder-led salesStorytelling across formats
