Role Overview: You will be part of the Founders Office, working closely with the Founder/CEO on strategy, operations, special projects, and decision-making. Your role will be crucial in the cross-functional coordination between departments such as Tech, Sales, HR, and Marketing. As a key member of the team, you will be involved in handling ambiguity, taking initiative, and working like a mini-founder. Key Responsibilities: - Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling ability - Analytical thinking and data interpretation with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets - Understanding business models, SaaS, and product lifecycle - Handling cross-functional coordination between departments - Basic knowledge of operations, business finance, and performance tracking - Research, documentation, and preparing strategy reports or decks using tools like PowerPoint, Notion, etc. - Working with an ownership mindset and maintaining high confidentiality - Comfortable with flexible working hours when needed Qualifications Required: - 13 years of experience (or fresher with excellent internship/project experience) - Any graduate with strong business acumen; MBA or Tech background is a bonus - Must be available onsite in Surat Additional Company Details: We are looking for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to gain exposure to all functions of a growing business, particularly in tech, SaaS, and product-driven environments.
