Role Overview: You will be a part of the Founders Office at Prodyut Financial Services Pvt Ltd (PFS) where you will collaborate with the Founder to drive strategic initiatives, manage special projects, and ensure operational alignment with business goals. Your role will involve conducting research, creating reports, coordinating with cross-functional teams, monitoring KPIs, and supporting decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth research and analysis to provide insights for business decisions. - Generate detailed reports and presentations for ongoing projects. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination. - Monitor project timelines and KPIs, and contribute to decision-making. - Handle sensitive information with confidentiality. - Assist in planning and executing meetings and events. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) from St. Xavier's, Goenka, or equivalent. - CA / CS degree is preferred. - Strong analytical and research skills to translate insights into strategies. - Experience in financial services, start-ups, or consulting is advantageous. - Proficiency in project management and strategic planning. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Demonstrate leadership qualities with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. - Effective time management and organizational abilities. - Ability to adapt and think critically in a fast-paced environment.,
