Job Description: You will work directly with the founder to execute key business priorities, analyze market opportunities, and drive company growth. Additionally, you will oversee cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and optimizing internal processes for efficiency. You will also support fundraising activities, prepare pitch decks, investor reports, and financial models, and engage with stakeholders. Furthermore, you will identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with insurers, fintech players, and other ecosystem stakeholders. Your role will involve conducting research on industry trends, customer insights, and the competitive landscape to inform business decisions. You will work with product and marketing teams to enhance product offerings and user experience based on data-driven insights. Moreover, you will take ownership of high-priority projects, working in a startup environment with minimal supervision.
