You will be working directly with the Co-Founder at Ghar Soaps to support, monitor, and streamline day-to-day operational activities. Your role will involve shadowing the Co-Founder in various operations-related activities, acting as a liaison between the Co-Founder and different teams, tracking operational KPIs, and supporting strategic projects like process improvements and cost optimization. Your responsibilities will include: - Shadowing the Co-Founder and assisting in execution and follow-ups. - Acting as a liaison between the Co-Founder and the Operations, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams. - Tracking and monitoring daily operational KPIs and providing regular updates to the Founder. - Supporting strategic projects such as process improvements, vendor coordination, and cost optimization. - Identifying bottlenecks in workflows and proposing data-backed solutions. - Conducting research, data analysis, and operational benchmarking. - Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on priorities. For this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration. A Master's degree (MBA/PGDM in Operations or SCM) is preferred. Additionally, you should possess the following skills and competencies: - Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for dashboards, reporting, and data analysis. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - High attention to detail and a structured, process-oriented mindset. - Strong organizational and coordination skills. - Analytical thinking ability to derive insights from data. - Capability to multitask and work closely with leadership under tight timelines. - Strong sense of ownership, confidentiality, and accountability.
