Job Title: Telesales/Sales ExecutiveRole Overview: We’re looking for a confident and energetic Telesales Executive to connect with leads and customers, drive product sales, and deliver a seamless buying experience. You’ll play a key role in building trust, educating consumers, and boosting conversions for our skincare products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call inbound leads and potential customers to pitch and sell products

• Explain product benefits clearly and confidently

• Maintain follow-up with interested prospects

• Answer customer questions and resolve basic concerns

• Track daily calls, feedback, and conversion data

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of telesales or customer service experience

• Fluent in Hindi and English
• Good communication and persuasion skills

• Confidence, patience, and a customer-first approach

• Basic knowledge of skincare is a plus
