We are currently hiring for engineers to join our Technology team. This role focuses on the design, implementation, and management of automation tools and technologies that support the delivery and maintenance of production services and releases in a secure and scalable environment.

Requirements

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Backend Developer with strong fundamentals in API design, server-side logic, and database architecture. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of building scalable, secure, and reliable systems, and enjoys solving complex problems in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using

  Node.js

  with

  NestJS (TypeScript)

• Build secure, RESTful and

  GraphQL

  APIs with proper versioning and secure access controls
• Implement and manage database models using

  TypeORM

  with

  PostgreSQL

  ,

  Redis

  , and

  Redshift

• Ensure secure transmission and storage of data using

  RSA

  and

  AES

  encryption/decryption mechanisms
• Build secure and robust APIs using JWT,

  OAuth

  -based authentication and manage API rate limiting, IP whitelisting.
• Optimize systems for high performance and reliability
• Write unit and integration tests for core backend functionality
• Participate in low-level and high-level system design and architecture
• Collaborate with engineering team, QA, DevOps, and product managers to ship impactful features
• Leadership qualities - Manage, mentor and train people.
• Use tools like

• Debug and monitor performance issues using

Required Skills:

• 5-9 years of experience in backend development using

• Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript and asynchronous programming concepts.
• Strong understanding of

  API architecture
• Experience working with

  for database interaction
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles
