Role & Responsibilities: Design engaging graphics for Miror’s social media, ensuring brand consistency. Create artwork, illustrations, and promotional content for social media (Photoshop, Illustrator required). Develop marketing materials and ensure brand consistency across collateral (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign required). Support community-building initiatives, product launches, services, apps, and other monetization efforts. Assist with UI/UX design by creating wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes (Figma proficiency is a plus). Edit and produce videos for social media (Adobe Premiere Pro). Preferred Candidate Profile: Expertise in Photoshop and Illustrator/Corel Draw. Strong typography, color theory, and layout design skills. Experience in video production (Adobe Premiere Pro). Knowledge of UI/UX design is a plus. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Must be able to work from the office. Role Overview We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Digital Sales Manager to lead growth across e-commerce, D2C, and digital channels. This role bridges performance marketing, strategic partnerships, sales enablement, and platform optimization. You will play a key role in scaling Miror’s presence across platforms like Meta, Google, Amazon, and more, while also exploring strategic tie-ups with wellness platforms, communities, and marketplaces. Key Responsibilities 1. Performance Marketing & Digital Sales Plan and execute paid campaigns across Meta, Google Demand Gen, and retail platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, ONDC, etc.) Manage campaign budgets, performance tracking, and ROAS across all funnel stages. Optimize landing pages, user funnels, and conversion paths based on analytics. 2. Growth Strategy & Partnerships Build and own the growth roadmap across D2C and third-party platforms. Identify and execute strategic partnerships and co-branded campaigns with aligned communities and influencers. Lead negotiation and onboarding for retail and affiliate partners. 3. E-Commerce Management Own and manage e-commerce sales KPIs: GMV, units sold, page views, and site engagement. Coordinate merchandising, pricing, inventory visibility, and promotional strategy. Collaborate with the content/design team for product listings and creative campaigns. Manage Miror’s presence on Quick Commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart to drive instant sales. Collaborate with platform teams to ensure high visibility, optimized listings, and timely stock availability. 4. Analytics & Reporting Analyze traffic, conversions, and engagement using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI. Generate actionable insights from customer behavior, sales data, and campaign performance. Conduct A/B testing, cohort analysis, and consumer journey tracking. 5. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with Product, Content, and Tech teams to enhance customer experience across web and app. Align digital sales targets with internal growth, product launches, and seasonal campaigns. Key Qualifications 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce sales, or category management. Strong understanding of performance marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) Proven experience in managing e-commerce P&L and digital growth metrics. Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and driven Head of sales based in Bangalore (onsite role) to lead the offline sales initiatives for Miror line of nutraceuticals. This role is critical in establishing our brand presence in retail stores, wellness centres, clinics, and through institutional partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Drive offline sales for Miror’s wellness products, especially our supplement line. Develop partnerships with pharmacies, wellness stores, gynaecology clinics, and doctors across India. Create and manage a robust offline sales network – including building a strong team of field sales representatives Pan-India. Coordinate with marketing to run offline events, pop-ups, and awareness campaigns aligned with sales targets. Collaborate with India-wide doctors and healthcare professionals to promote product recommendations. Track and analyse sales data to refine territory strategies and improve performance. Ensure placement and visibility of Miror products at strategic retail points. Identify growth opportunities across institutional and B2B channels. Provide regular sales reporting, including projections and achievements, to leadership. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Minimum 5–7 years of experience in FMCG, nutraceuticals, pharma, or wellness product sales . Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
