Key Responsibilities: Conduct user discovery and research (interviews, feedback collection, contextual observation) with distributors and internal teams; synthesize findings into actionable insights. Write clear PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and basic wireframes or low-fidelity mockups. Coordinate with engineering, design, operations, and QA to deliver features on schedule. Plan and execute UAT and regression checks; validate new releases before deployment. Track product metrics (adoption, retention, task completion, error rates) and produce short data-driven recommendations. Support roadmap planning, sprint grooming, and produce release notes and simple rollout plans.
