We are now looking for a motivated and customer-focused Admission Counsellor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins
• Provide accurate course information and guide students in selecting the right program
• Maintain and update admission records
• Follow up with prospective students to ensure conversions
• Coordinate with the training and operations team for smooth onboarding
• Achieve monthly admission targets

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to guide and counsel students effectively
• Time management and organizational skills
• Prior experience in counselling or sales (preferred but not mandatory)
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

Salary:
