Role & responsibilities

• Led end-to-end Program Management for the Business Transformation agenda, including re-engineering of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process to improve fill rates, reduce lead times, and optimize inventory.
• Managed implementation of the Auto Replenishment System from warehouse to distributor level, strengthening primary and secondary supply networks.
• Drove strategic initiatives such as dynamic buffer norms, retailer segmentation, Make-to-Order (MTO) processes, and price elasticity testing.
• Defined and governed initiatives as structured projects with clear deliverables, timelines, budgets, and regular leadership sign-offs.
• Provided program oversight for Priority-1 growth initiatives, including executive dashboarding and progress reporting on behalf of the President.
• Coordinated with digital and IT teams to enable data, reporting, and analytics across initiatives.
• Led validation and governance across master data, demand projections, incentives, royalties, availability reviews, and sales return approvals, working closely with warehouse, materials, and service teams.
