Job Description

Job Profile:-

You will own end to end growth and product marketing for two SaaS products under Oriserve – This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, product, content and growth experiments. You will lead a small marketing team, set strategy, run campaigns and work closely with the founders to hit pipeline and revenue goals.


Key responsibilities:

Growth and performance marketing

  • Plan, launch and optimise campaigns for signups, demos and revenue
  • Manage budgets, track CAC, ROAS and payback period and shift budgets to best performing channels
  • Build and optimise landing pages for campaigns in collaboration with design and product
  • Run growth experiments across channels (search, social, video, affiliates, partnerships) with clear hypotheses and post experiment analysis

Product marketing and positioning

  • Translate product features into clear benefits and messaging for different ICPs and segments
  • Own website structure, home page narrative, pricing page messaging and key product pages\
  • Work with founders and product to define value propositions, use cases and differentiators against competitors
  • Support sales with decks, one pagers, case studies and talk tracks for key verticals

Lifecycle, email and drip campaigns

  • Design and run lifecycle journeys for new signups, PQLs and customers
  • Create drip campaigns for onboarding, activation, feature adoption and upgrades
  • Coordinate with product and support to trigger contextual emails and in app communication based on user behaviour

Content, social and influencer marketing

  • Set the content strategy for blogs, shorts, LinkedIn and email newsletters
  • Work with the team to publish thought leadership, use case content and product updates
  • Oversee influencer outreach and collaborations, especially in SaaS, agency and AI communities
  • Ensure brand consistency in tone, visuals and messaging across channels

SEO and website growth

  • Own organic growth for the platforms
  • Plan and review content clusters, programmatic pages and comparison pages
  • Monitor rankings, traffic and conversions from organic search and coordinate with dev for SEO fixes

Team leadership and collaboration

  • Manage and mentor a small team of marketers and designers
  • Set clear goals and responsibilities for each team member and review performance regularly
  • Work closely with founders, product, sales and support to align on growth priorities and feedback loops

Analytics and reporting

  • Update and maintain dashboards for key metrics across paid, organic and lifecycle
  • Run weekly and monthly reviews on what is working, what is not and where to experiment next
  • Present clear insights and recommendations to founders based on data, not just intuition


Our ideal candidate should have:-

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in B2B SaaS or product led tech companies
  • Strong hands on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads for lead generation or signups
  • Proven track record of improving key metrics such as signups, demos, CAC and ROAS
  • Experience owning website copy and product marketing assets for a SaaS product
  • Good understanding of SEO basics, content strategy and social media for B2B
  • Comfortable working with numbers, building simple dashboards and making decisions from data
  • Experience leading or mentoring a small team is a strong plus
  • Ability to work closely with founders, move fast, test ideas and operate with high ownership
