Product Marketing Manager

Role Purpose

We are hiring for the role of Product Marketing Manager with experience in product marketing, specifically within the fintech sector, and a proven track record with POS solutions. This is an Individual Contributor role.

In your role, you'll be instrumental in advancing our mission by owning product launches, go-to-market campaigns, sales collateral creation, and managing stakeholders across product management teams.

The responsibilities we entrust you with:

• Content & sales collateral creation:

  Craft high-quality first drafts or briefs for creative partners (copywriters, designers, video teams) across multiple formats — including social posts, pitch decks, brochures, videos, email and WhatsApp templates — ensuring alignment with product messaging and brand tone.

• Program management:

  Coordinate timelines, assets, and deliverables across internal teams (product, growth, design) and external partners to drive execution of marketing projects and campaigns — from idea to delivery, with clear accountability and proactive follow-ups.

• GTM:

  Support and execute elements of go-to-market plans — from organizing webinars and overseeing social media campaigns, to collaborating on thought leadership content and owning distribution for specific channels during product and feature launches.

• Market & Competitive Research:

  Conduct ongoing research to understand customer segments, industry trends, and competitor moves. Summarize insights into actionable intelligence that informs positioning, messaging, and sales enablement.

• Positioning & messaging:

  Create compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to merchants and channel partners.

Relevant work experience needed for this role:

• Experience: 3-5 years in marketing or product marketing
• Industry: Agnostic (B2C startup + fintech experience would be a plus)
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and technical teams to drive marketing campaigns & go to market efforts that has delivered business outcomes
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value
• Segmentation & persona development: Defined who the product is for and who it’s not for
